Heathland Course

Laid out when The Wirral was countryside and seashore, the course fits effortlessly into the natural environment, covering the highest open land on the peninsula. This largely hidden green oasis retains its heritage of small copses and heathland and has become an important habitat for wildlife.

Wirral Golf Club is a vibrant club with a historic past and an exciting present. It provides an excellent opportunity for players of all ages and from all backgrounds to participate in the game of golf. The relatively short course of just under 5000 yards for ladies,and just under 5200 yards for men, means that a round is possible in under three hours, an important consideration for those with a busy lifestyle.
